I’m currently a digital designer at the Chicago Sun-Times and have a tendency to wear many hats. I have a degree in Business Management with an international concentration from Eastern Illinois University. While at EIU I wasn’t entirely pleased with the direction my studies were taking me. After toying with the idea of attending design school, I decided to take a creative plunge and haven’t looked back since attending the Illinois Institute of Art.
I’ve always found beauty and inspiration in everything around me. These inspirations motivate me to achieve great work while having a good time doing it. I pride myself on being involved in projects from concept to completion and contributing individual ideas as part of a broader collaborative team. Seeking out design challenges demonstrates my work ethic because I enjoy learning something new every day. Design is ubiquitous and contributing innovative solutions to inevitable design problems is something I love doing daily. I am always thankful for my choice to pursue a career in the creative field and can’t wait to continue pushing artistic boundaries in the future.
